Autumnal Flavours

As the cooler months arrive, Alba’s onsite restaurant, Thyme, is now serving up fresh new autumnal delights across its seasonal menu.

Created by award winning chef Karen Martini, the latest fresh and flavour-driven dishes on Thyme’s lunch and dinner menus include:

  • Alba’s elevated take on prawn toast, featuring succulent tiger prawns, prawn mayonnaise, shiso, finger lime and a bright yuzu-lime dressing
  • An Aussie favourite with an Alba twist: stir-fried scallops with leek, silky steamed egg custard and a fresh corn sauce
  • A vibrant roast beetroot, pomegranate and date salad, layered with black olive, pickled onion and a savoury olive brine ‘mayo’, served with flaxseed crostini
  • And, just in time for Easter, a decadent chocolate mousse for those with a sweet tooth, paired with chilli caramel, sesame peanut brittle and toasted marshmallow.

Alongside its seasonal menu, Thyme offers nourishing meals complemented by excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list showcases the very best of the Mornington Peninsula’s vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

Whether you’re planning your next date night or seeking uninterrupted time with friends, an autumnal reset of long soaks in Alba’s geothermal pools, paired with relaxed lunches or sunset dinners awaits.

Thyme is open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm (with last dinner seatings at 9:00pm).
