Warm up this winter
Evening bathing in the hot thermal springs is one way to warm yourself up this winter. From today, guests arriving after 6.00pm will be offered a complimentary glass of mulled wine by the firepit (weather permitting). Our restaurant Thyme is open until 10.00pm (last seating 9.00pm) and serves locally-sourced, seasonal produce alongside local cold-pressed juices and a wine list highlighting the Peninsula’s many vineyards.
