Alba’s restaurant Thyme showcases locally-sourced, seasonal produce in our menu created by award winning chef Karen Martini, with head chef Mario Di Natale at the helm.
Thyme’s menu features fresh, healthy dishes served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula’s many local vineyards, distilleries, and breweries.
An a la carte menu offers a range of healthy choices, or you can purchase our Spring Thyme package which includes two courses from our full a la carte menu and a glass of local wine or beer, together with bathing.
You can book Spring Thyme online or contact our Reservations team on 03 5985 0900 to reserve a table for six or more. We welcome ‘walk ins’ for smaller groups.
Thyme is open for Alba guests from 7.00am to 9.30pm (last seating 8.30pm). A small number of places are available for non-bathing guests. Please note a 15% surcharge will be applied to all food and beverage purchased on public holidays.
