The Spa at Alba

The spa at Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury wellness retreat within the main spa complex, designed to complement the restorative benefits of geothermal bathing. Every treatment has been thoughtfully created to renew, repair and recalibrate, allowing guests to extend their wellness journey through personalised therapies, immersive rituals and restorative experiences.

Treatment Rooms & Relaxation Lounge

The spa features more than 20 beautifully appointed treatment rooms, including single and couples’ suites, Vichy shower rooms, private bathing experiences, steam rooms and dedicated manicure and pedicure spaces.

Following their treatment, guests are invited to unwind in Alba’s elegant mezzanine relaxation lounge, where oversized day beds and quiet private nooks overlook the native gardens, water features and surrounding landscape. Bathed in natural light, the lounge offers a peaceful space for reflection before or after a spa experience.

Alba partners with two of Australia’s leading luxury skincare brands, Sodashi and Vanessa Megan, bringing together botanical formulations, advanced naturaceutical science and holistic wellness philosophies.

Vanessa Megan’s internationally recognised range features native Australian botanicals and naturally active ingredients including finger lime caviar, native plums, banksia, kangaroo paw and 24kt gold. Sodashi’s handcrafted, plant-powered formulations are created in Western Australia and have become synonymous with purity, balance and radiant skin.

Treatments, Rituals & Wellness Journeys

Alba’s extensive spa menu includes more than 50 individual treatments and curated wellness experiences, ranging from restorative massages and advanced facials to hammam experiences, Vichy therapies, private bathing rituals, body wraps and exfoliation treatments.

Guests can choose from signature rituals such as Alba Dreaming, Anahata Ritual and Pure Alba, or indulge in half-day and full-day wellness journeys including The Shoreham, The Portsea and The Flinders, which combine geothermal bathing, spa therapies and dining at Thyme.
