Alba Thermal Springs & Spa’s wellness rituals and spa experiences complement the health-enhancing benefits of thermal bathing and assist Alba’s guests to renew, repair, and recalibrate.
Treatments include restorative rituals, massage and facial therapies, hammam and Vichy experiences, body scrubs and wraps, and more. Packages range from luxurious full-day self-care and wellness immersions to restorative half-day rituals and an array of indoor and outdoor thermal spa experiences.
For example, guests can surrender to three hours of self-love and acceptance with the Anahata Ritual. An hour of bathing in the thermal springs is followed by a body polish, a nourishing body clay wrap, a hair and scalp treatments and a hydrating massage and facial.
A full-day package, such as The Pier allows Alba’s expert team to deliver six hours of top-to-toe holistic therapies while guests luxuriate in the spa’s serene surroundings. These one-day programs include lunch at our spa restaurant Thyme and provide rest and rejuvenation to individuals, couples, and small groups. This package includes a Vichy Immersion, an Alba Artisan massage, Essential facial, a guided meditation, two course lunch and access to all day bathing. Alternatively, guests can combine an hour of thermal bathing with a 90 minute Fire & Frost Facial for supernatural cell regeneration. This dynamic skin-resurfacing treatment uses potent natural ingredients and extreme temperatures to achieve immediate and lasting results. The treatment uses Vanessa Megan’s award-winning Cryō Ice Cube serum to rapidly cool the skin, flooding the cells with nutrient-rich ingredients to repair and hydrate.
Alba has 22 single and double spa suites encompassing dark steam rooms, Vichy showers, private baths and calm treatment rooms. The Sol Lounge provides a separate space for group bookings.
A spacious relaxation space on the spa’s mezzanine level looks over Alba’s extensive native gardens and water features. There are 31 bathing pools of varying sizes, including geothermal pools, cold plunge pools and a rain pool – The Falls.
