Enjoy the springs on a summer afternoon, before relaxing on the restaurant forecourt for aperitivo and cool tunes from our resident DJ.

  • Access to 22 contemporary geothermal pools, sauna and steam room
  • Aperitivo including potato gratin, creme fraiche and caviar; fried zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta; avocado mousse, prawn tartare and crisp nori; mortadella skewers with salsa verde; and pickled vegetables
  • Bottomless Aperol Spritz, Limoncello Spritz, Peninsula sparkling and local craft beer from 3.30pm – 5.00pm
  • Use of a locker, towel and bathrobe
