NAIDOC week yidaki meditation
Please join us this Sunday at 11.00am for a guiding yidaki (didgeridoo) led meditations with Lionel Lauch from Living Culture. Lionel is versed in the ancient Aboriginal custom of healing and is at Alba as we acknowledge and celebrate the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
This session is complimentary with bathing.
