Full payment will be debited from your card at time of booking. Similarly, if you are using a gift card, the full amount will be redeemed at time of booking. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos.
We appreciate things change. However, we ask for 48 hours’ notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. The full cost will be incurred if a cancellation is made within that 48-hour period.
For Tea Thyme and special events, we ask for 72 hours’ notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.

Please take care of your belongings. Alba does not accept responsibility for the loss of personal items, including those left in lockers and bathrobes. We recommend that you leave valuables at home.
Our gift cards are valid for three years from the issue date. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. These cards are non refundable and not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
If you are not completely satisfied with products purchased at our online store, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Please email proof of purchase to info@albathermalsprings.com.au within this time. Where a refund is authorised, Alba will pay the refund to the card used to purchase the initial order.
