Alba isn’t just for the cooler months. This summer, we’re inviting you to switch up your routine and experience the restorative benefits of geothermal bathing at sunrise or sunset.

Did you know we’re open from 7.00am – 10.00pm? Why not start your day with a peaceful morning soak after breakfast, or linger into the evening for golden hour bathing, sunset drinks and dinner under the stars.

FOR EARLY RISERS
Begin your morning with a nourishing breakfast before easing into the day with a soak or plunge into a cold pool. Arrive early and enjoy the calm of Alba at dawn, when the pools are at their most tranquil and the Moonah woodland is bathed in soft morning light.

Start with breakfast in Thyme, then wander out to the springs and soak at your own pace, enjoying full access to the pools for the rest of the day.

FOR SUNSET LOVERS
Experience golden hour in all its glory at Alba. Bathe in the golden light of sunset, before settling in for relaxed dining as night falls. Or order a picnic basket and enjoy the stars from your picnic rug.

SUNDAY SESSIONS
End your week with the ultimate chill session at Alba. Every Sunday from 2.00 – 5.00pm until the end of January, our resident DJ will be mixing cool tunes from the restaurant forecourt.
