Our stunning Mornington Peninsula site offers over 30 contemporary geothermal pools, including two cold plunge pools, plus luxurious full-day self-care packages, half day rituals and treatments are available in the spa. Alba’s restaurant Thyme showcases locally sourced produce in a menu created by award-winning chef Karen Martini. Guests can extend their stay overnight in our beautifully appointed accommodation at The Sanctuary.
