
Karen Martini’s new spring menu
We welcome the warmer weather and the launch of a new spring menu full of fresh and flavoursome dishes.
Glazed beef short rib with shoyu, sour tamarind date chilli sauce and local mushrooms, and Sichuan ‘Bolognese’ with spiced pork, shiitake and house rye udon, join the menu alongside Alba favourites like the crumbed fish sandwich with iceberg, cos lettuce and nori tartare.
Sweet tooth? Try the delicious white lamington with pandan and lime, coconut cream and caramelised white chocolate.
Thyme’s all-day menu has been created by Karen Martini and showcases fresh, flavour-filled seasonal produce, mostly from local suppliers.
