The Sanctuary

Alba will open its boutique accommodation, The Sanctuary next month. This intimate retreat includes five exquisitely appointed stand-alone villas, along with two studio rooms, allowing guests to extend their wellness experience while in residence. Nestled within a tranquil screening of native bushland, The Sanctuary is perched at the high point of the property, with the villas boasting sweeping views across the Peninsula.

Each villa is unique, with a commitment to understated luxury, handcrafted finishes and exquisite details. Enjoy the privacy of this natural bush setting, the glow of the log fire in winter and the stars at night from your secluded balcony.

The Sanctuary is equipped with premium amenities, including Aesop formulations for the hair, hand and body. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary mini bar stocked with wines from Ten Minutes by Tractor, specialty brews from St Andrews Beach Brewery, Peninsula Cold Pressed juice, Illy coffee plus other treats.

Guests will enjoy entry to the hot springs each day, including private pools and access to the spa lounge, plus breakfast which can be taken in Alba’s restaurant Thyme or delivered to the villa. A room service menu will include everything from Beluga caviar to our signature Karen Martini fish sandwich.

Bookings are now open, with the first available reservation from June 2025.
