
Thyme this Autumn
Thyme is warming up with the cooler weather this autumn. Joining house favourites such as the Alba red rice bowl and signature Karen Martini fish sandwich are some exciting new seasonal dishes. Indulge in burrata with persimmon, roasted grapes, vincotto, black garlic dressing, coriander and hazelnut oil, or scallop and prawn wontons served with golden chicken broth, toasted sesame, crustacean oil and Yarra Valley caviar.
